Here at Acufuse, we are constantly working with a number of programs to keep up to date with all promotional material offered on the market today. If you don't find something below that you would like to offer, simply inform us and we will do our best to add it to our features. We understand how important it is to be able to offer your affiliates the newest promotional tools they require. We run completely in house and do our best to add new features in a timely manner. Once created, all Acufuse customers will be offered a simple "update" within their Acufuse administration. This will enable the brand new feature to your program.

	Sites List your paysites with a thumbnail, site name, url and description. Enable and disable the sites using a one click on/ off system. Prepare websites for release on specific dates with all promo tools in place. (This allows you to release your sites and promo tools to selected webmasters prior to official launch). Each site can have individual promotional tools enabled/ disabled, depending on the features being offered to affiliates.
	Signup Set up your CCBill sign up form using your admin panel (Copy and paste the code provided within your CCBill administration tools).
	Program Maintain your program text from within your control panel. No need to touch html or have any developer/ designer or coding experience.
	Support / Contact Update your sponsor program contact information within your control panel. You can add unlimited support contacts using our content management system.
	News / Updates Update your affiliate program news from within the admin panel. This feature allows you to set updates in advance to match any promotional content you may have set for future release. Using our system, you will have no excuse for not releasing your content on time. You can schedule both your promotional content and site news in advance, giving you time to concentrate on other aspects of running your company.
	Manage Link Codes Enter your CCBill link code for the specific paysite using the site management system. This will then be enabled site wide on your affiliate program. Once their affiliates have entered their code once, it will appear in all link codes and promotional tools for ease of use.
	Manage Banners Our stock template allows you to have a number of banners at multiple sizes for your promotional tools. This includes both static and animated banners, which you can ammend if required.
	Hosted Galleries After uploading your hosted galleries to the website template provided, they will automatically be shown in the content management system. You're then able to select a thumbnail, write a description, set categories/ niches and arrange a date for the content release. We show you a set of traffic lights to show you whether your hosted gallery is enabled or disabled. If you relase a gallery and then change your mind, simply change the gallery from green to red and the gallery will disappear from your affiliate program promotional tools. It will however still work for the affiliates already pushing traffic to the gallery. Hosted Video Galleries After uploading your hosted videos to the website template provided, they will automatically be shown in the content management system. You're then able to select a thumbnail and arrange a date for the content release. We show you a set of traffic lights to show you whether your hosted video is enabled or disabled. If you relase a video and then change your mind, simply change the gallery from green to red and it will disappear from your affiliate program promotional tools. It will however still work for the affiliates already pushing traffic to the video gallery.

	Gallery Exporter All galleries uploaded via FTP will appear in the content management system; where you can add descriptions, select thumbnails and set the date for release. You are also able to assign categories/ niches for your galleries. There's no limit on how many categories can be added, or assigned to each gallery. This enables your sponsor to filter the content they want using the gallery exporter. (Eg. If your sponsor is looking for stocking only promotional tools, however you have 1000 galleries of mixed niched content, they will be able to select this category in your exporter and export only the content that converts for them). Acufuse offers the option for an individual site exporter and export across all paysites within your affiliate program. The features are exactly the same, however this allows your affiliate to restrict their searches to specific models/ sites, or work across all paysites to find the content valid for their search.
	Embedded FLVs All FLV's uploaded as hosted flv's will appear in your content management system as embedded FLV's. You can control their availability with the click of a button. You will need a flash player on your server to be able to play the flv's to potential customers. We recommend JW player, however this is optional. Hosted FLVs This feature allows you to enable and disable your flvs with the click of a button. You can also release your FLV's with future dates. Affiliates will be provided with a link to the hosted flv gallery with their CCBill ID inserted. FLV Exporter You only need to upload your FLV's once for them to appear in the content management system; where you can add descriptions, select thumbnails and set the date for release. The system dynamically generates the embedded flv code. You will have the option for an individual site exporter and export across all paysites within your affiliate program. The features are exactly the same, however this allows your affiliate to restrict their searches to specific models/ sites, or work across all paysites to find the content valid for their search.
	Downloadable Zip Files A number of affiliates like to make their own promotional tools. This zip download feature will enable you to upload zip files of content (picture/ video/ flv or even .psd logos) which your affiliate can download with a click of a button!
	Manage RSS Feeds Again, you can select from site wide RSS feed or individual site rss feeds, and/ or a combination of both. We provide wordpress plugins which will carry the affiliate code through your promotional feed. The RSS feeds can also be turned on or off, either for the entire program or your individual sites.
	Tag Promotional Content by Niche Acufuse allows you to tag your galleries by niche. Simply set the categories within the site management system and when you upload your promotional content, you will be able to select relevant categories. This is a life saver for a number of affiliates, saving a lot of time when it comes to finding the content that converts for them!
	POTD Upload your POTD images into our website template and watch as our management system updates your POTD on a daily basis. Our standard release is set to pictutre of the day, this can however be ammended to picture of the month, picture of the week or picture of the moment. Once you have enabled your linking code for the site, affiliates will only need to enter their affiliate ID once on your affiliate program for this feature to be fully active.
